orchiata bark has made such a difference to the health of all my orchids ... having tried other types with varying success this is the best by far. My orchids have developed good root systems in this bark I grow many different genera in it from Phalaenopsis to masdevallia and all seem to love it ... just choosing the grade that best suits the orchids root diameter seems to be the key and you can mix the different grades together to make the perfect medium for your plants too.
